Patient Portal

We use a web-based system for our electronic medical records called Fusion Web Clinic. Here, parents can also access evaluation and treatment documents, upcoming appointments, assigned homework activities, and invoices. Bills can also be paid through the patient portal. Following your initial visit, you will be invited to create an account via email. Please let us know if you have any trouble accessing your account.
